Lynden Community/Senior Center is partnering with the YMCA to bring Tammy Bennett back to lead a fitness assessment on Tuesday, April 25th at 1:30 PM. Tests include chair stand, arm curl, 2-minute step, chair sit-and-reach, back scratch, & 8-foot-up-and-go. Participants may discontinue or opt out of any tests that don’t work for them. Testing will be done in twos. Those who want to walk through results and recommendations will want to bring something to do until the consultation at the end of the session. Wear: sturdy shoes and clothes that are easy to move in. Bring glasses for paperwork. Cost is $12.00/person and 1.5 hours long.
