If you haven’t tried needle felting, the opportunity is here for you now! This art project requires wool and a specially designed needle. Since our needles are sharp and we’ll be using a poking motion, we will discuss safety rules first. We don’t want YOU to get poked, just the wool! Have you ever wondered why wool is scratchy? You’ll learn why…. Now for the fun part, students will be working on a small project. It could be a small pin cushion or a small (simple) stuffie. We will have scraps of wool felt, yarns, and colorful wool roving for you to practice your needle felting skills. Join us! AGES: Kids 8-12
